REFUND POLICY
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete upon delivery, please reach out to us within the 14-day return policy period. Depending on the product and its condition, you may qualify for a refund or replacement.
Be aware that some items cannot be returned if they are marked as “no refund”.
If the return period for your product has passed, you can no longer return it.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects. Fashion items can be tried on for fit and will still be considered unworn.
The product should include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging/box from the manufacturer.
If a product is returned to us in poor condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Return Reasons
Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (faulty or malfunctioning).
Delivery of a product that is incorrect (different from the website presentation) or incomplete (missing parts).
Returns or Refund Not Accepted IF
The item is picked up from the store after thorough inspection (unless there is a defect or damage as mentioned above).
Change of mind after purchase.
